ESCRUTINIO demuestra fraude en conteo del Atlántico - Aparecen VOTOS

Remito links de la Registraduría en los que se demuestran irregularidades en el conteo del 14 de marzo. Queda develado FRAUDE electoral. Nos aparecen más votos que los reportados inicialmente, a continuación los links:
